New Student Form

Lesson Policy
Lessons are scheduled on a weekly basis in 30 minute increments. Once a day/time is agreed upon, that time will be reserved for said student and the student will be responsible for paying for that timeslot. Students do not need to pay in advance and can pay from lesson to lesson with cash or check.
Cancellations
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will result in payment due, as other students on a waiting list can use cancelled slots. In the event of cancellation by teacher, students will not be charged a lesson fee (including for inclement weather). The student will contact the teacher directly if a lesson will be missed. If a cancellation is more than 24 hours in advance, no charge will be made.
Makeup Lessons
If my schedules allows, there could be an opportunity for a makeup lesson if I have to cancel, but it is not guaranteed. Makeup lessons will be looked at on a case for case basis. Extra lessons for kids wishing to do extra prep (for things like auditions) could also be available based on the schedule.
Materials
Students could be recommended to purchase their own copies of music at some point during the lesson (musical theatre anthology books, etc). These copies will be theirs to keep and I will try to utilize them as much as possible to keep costs down. Some books will also be available to borrow.
